Meta, Facebook and Instagram

When a studio owner connects Facebook, Instagram or other Meta business assets to HelgoIQ, we may receive and process information needed to provide messaging, inbox, and related integration features. Depending on the permissions granted and features enabled, this can include:

• Page, Instagram professional account, and business asset identifiers
• Message content and metadata exchanged with the connected inbox tools
• Sender identifiers, timestamps, delivery status, and conversation context
• Connection tokens and configuration required to keep the integration working

HelgoIQ processes this information to operate the integration for the connecting studio, provide support, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Studios remain responsible for how they communicate with their customers through connected channels. Meta products remain subject to Meta’s terms and policies.

To disconnect Meta or request deletion of Meta-connected data, follow the instructions at Meta data deletion, or email [email protected].

Sharing

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, email, SMS (including Twilio where configured), payments, analytics, customer support, and communications. They may process information only as needed to provide services to HelgoIQ. We do not sell personal data.
